Two wheels for moving the unit, manoeuvering fold away handle.
Two cutting knives (one fixed / one mobile) enable de cut the garlic roots & leaves.
The cutting control is made by a foot pedal.
Two safety gloves must be used during work. They are essential for the good working of the system and for the safety devices.
An electric control box is placed on the side of the machine with two emergency stop buttons.
